What's new
1. ASSEMBLER section moved from winasm.ini into project waps
2. ASSEMBLER section now may contain alternate highlight files, so project may have own set of highlite files, different from default.
3. As custom highlight intended to improve support for other assemblers
- these propeties will be supported by new FASM add-in, which enables
usage of other assemblers, and will be described in details in its help file.
