为了提高信息嵌入率和实现完全可逆信息隐藏技术，结合医学图像数据量大和同色像素连续性高的特点，提出了一种基于加密域的可逆信息隐藏算法。首先预处理图像并构造头部信息（head），即通过边缘检测算法检测出边缘，使嵌入率达到最大，用行程编码（RLC）对边界部分作无损压缩留出空间存放数据，使信息隐藏算法完全可逆；然后使用混沌算法加密图像；最后通过替换最低有效位的方法将水印信息嵌入到加密图像中。通过理论分析和仿真实验表明，该算法具有较高的信息嵌入容量，并且有较好的不可见性，从相关系数、熵值、峰值信噪比等方面分析，都达到了较高水平。
