很多音视频的SDK库包括OpenCV需要用摄像头作为视频源，这个工具解决了没有摄像头也能采集图像的问题。安装了插件之后，在系统中就模拟出一个虚拟的视频采集设备，使用Directshow的枚举视频设备方法能枚举出来。这个插件输入的视频源需为媒体文件，通过VirtualCamConfig这个工具来设置文件的路径，文件路径被保存到注册表后，插件被加载和运行的时候则会输出文件里的图像。
