JLink OB 编程器 2017-08-14 版本固件。可用于某宝以前购买的 MCU 为 STM32F103C8T6 的 JLink OB 板子，常见固件貌似是 2009/2012 版本，太老了。带 VCP 虚拟串口的板子和这个不一样。另外刷完之后 LED 可能失去作用，不能再显示编程器的工作状态，但不影响主要功能。
