基于STM32+Proteus仿真 交通灯
a.基础红绿灯控制：
红绿灯，红/黄/绿三种状态，实现周期性切换（绿→黄→红→黄→绿）
黄灯固定1秒过渡，绿灯2s,红灯2s
b.紧急控制模式：
独立紧急按钮触发后红灯常亮，蜂鸣器以2Hz频率持续报警
再次按下紧急按钮恢复正常模式
c.远程控制模式:
可以通过远端（PC串口）调节当前红绿灯模式：
绿灯常亮模式(通行)
红灯常亮模式(停车)
黄灯闪烁模式(慢速通行)
正常模式
OLED显示当前处于那种灯和时间
